The Cielo Vista mall sits just few minutes away from the airport and the US Mexico border. The mall stands right amid at interstate10 and Hawkins Boulevard at 8401 gateway west Blvd in El Paso, TX 79925. The Cielo Vista encompasses an area of around 1,240,000 square feet. The mall has approximately 145 stores including anchor stores and specialty stores. The Cielo Vista Mall features around 15-16 eateries including a few full restaurants, fast food places and themed eateries. There is also a host of other places to get food suchas Mrs. Field’s Cookies, Starbucks coffee, Marble Slab Creamery, Olive Gardens, The Red Lobster and Chopsticks.
The Cielo Vista mall is has four anchor stores: Dillards, Sears, JCPenney's and Macy's. The other famous brand stores at Cielo Vista are The Disney store, Victoria's Secret, Kay's Jewelers and Anchor Blue.
There is a lot of free parking space near the departmental store entrances. The parking is offered in outside open areas.
The mall activates from 10am-9:30pm Monday through Friday. On weekends it is open from noon till 7pm.

The mall is owned and managed by Simon property group. It was was built in 1975 and renovated in 2004. The mall was sold as liberty house to Joske in 1975, further taken over by Dillard's and finally acquired by Simon group.
